This Limited Release comes from Hacienda Sonora, a family-owned farm at the foot of Costa Rica’s Poás Volcano. Operated by fifth-generation producer Diego Guardia and his family, the farm is known for careful processing, environmental stewardship, and renewable energy generated on site. This lot combines honey and natural processing, two methods that help create a distinctive coffee with depth, sweetness, and a fruit-forward character.
