Shipping Rates

Orders $50 and greater ship free. 

Orders under $50 ship for $5 flat rate.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday; orders are fulfilled and packed in the AM. If you order by 5PM, we can guarantee your order will ship the next day.

Most orders ship via UPS Ground Saver, which often arrives 1-5 days from pickup. For PO boxes or areas where UPS service isn’t available, we typically use USPS. International orders are usually shipped with DHL Express.

If orders are delayed due to natural disaster, extreme weather, mechanical failure, or other event, we'll notify you as soon as we are aware.

Local Pickup

Orders are also available to be picked up at our roastery in Dedham, MA. We have pickup hours 10AM - 3PM Monday - Friday (closed on holidays). Select Pick Up at checkout, and you'll receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

First and foremost, thank you for supporting and shopping with Fazenda Coffee Roasters. We take great pride in providing you with quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we want you to know that we’re here to help.

If you've purchased a coffee from us and are not satisfied, please email us at hello@fazendacoffee.com to discuss & we're happy to see if we can help. We accept returns and issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that we are only able to process returns and refunds purchased from us directly. For purchases made with our wonderful partner retailers, you must work with them directly.
