Brewing Suggestions (Hot): Brew using 1 teaspoon (2.5 grams) for 10 oz. of water at 175°F / 80°C. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
Brewing Suggestions (Iced Tea): Brew using 1.25 oz. (35.5 grams) to a half gallon of water at 175°F / 80°C. Steep for 4-6 minutes, then pull tea. Add half gallon cold water or ice to chill. Makes one full gallon.
