This tea comes from the Makaibari Tea Estate, one of the world's most renowned tea estates & continuously operated by the same family for over 150 years. Teas from this area are renowned worldwide, earning the nickname of the "Champagne of Teas"; they tend to be grown from a smaller variety of tea plant, and tend to be lighter in color with a sweet, floral element. This particular tea has a hearty, nutty character with flavors reminiscent of autumn leaves.

Brewing Suggestions (Hot Tea): Brew using 2 teaspoons (3.5 grams) for 10 oz. of water at 200°F / 93°C. Steep for 4 minutes.
