Saturday, January 12, 2019 | 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Join Eric LePine (Master Roaster and Green Coffee Buyer) in this interactive home brewing class. You’ll learn about what factors affect the brewing of coffee and why they matter. We’ll take these ideas and learn how to practically apply them across an assortment of coffee brewing devices. You’ll leave with more than just brew recipes but an understanding of how to maximize and troubleshoot their brewing. You’ll also receive a 12 oz. bag of limited edition coffee from Fazenda Coffee Roasters’ reserve program.

The course code is COFF-WI19.01 Registration required and space is limited. Visit the CAEC website to register.
