Kicking Off: @ The Roastery EDU Series 2019
The Fazenda roastery opens to the public every third Thursday of the month from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. (May - October). We'll tour our roastery and host a class highlighting different educational topics from origin to roasting process to tasting new coffees to everything in-between. Classes are free and space is limited. Registration required.
ROASTING | Thursday, May 16, 2019, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
This will be an extended tour of the roastery and we’ll talk about the roasting process and how/why it impacts a coffee's flavor. We’ll also taste coffees that have been roasted differently and discuss what we’re tasting. Register here.
COLD BREW |Thursday, June 20, 2019, 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
We'll discuss how best to make cold brew. We’ll taste different Fazenda coffees and discuss what we’re tasting and how they've been prepared. Register here.
